We’ve been awarded 4th place in the Best UK Vet Practice Awards 2020
The winners of the Best UK Vet Award 2020 have been revealed and we are delighted to have been named number 4 in the Top 25 vets in the UK.
We are so grateful to all our customers for all their fantastic five-star reviews that have placed us amongst the Top 25 veterinary practices in the country. Every animal we look after is special and it is wonderful to be recognised for the hard work we put in every day to look after our patients.
The awards organised by VetHelpDirect.com and running for the eighth year, are based on over 11,000 genuine pet owner reviews submitted over the past 12 months.
Clients are asked to review the practice based on five areas of care:
- Respect for my animal
- Professionalism
- Friendliness
- Cleanliness
- Value for Money.
The reviews cover 2500 veterinary practices around the United Kingdom and the practices with the highest number of four and five star reviews from their customers over the last year are then rewarded. All reviews are subject to rigorous tests of authenticity, all are checked for duplicate IP addresses, email addresses and some reviewers are asked to provide evidence that they are recent clients of the practice. All reviews left on VetHelpDirect.com are counted towards the Best UK Vets awards. This means that every UK veterinary practice is eligible to take part and win.
