To help make this time easier and set you on the right path to a long and happy life together, we’ve put together a comprehensive package that not only saves you money, but also gives you all you need to get started.
We know that regular and accessible healthcare makes a real difference to the health of your pet, so our puppy and kitten plan includes UNLIMITED consultations with a vet, giving you total reassurance throughout this crucial development time and giving you easy, affordable access to our Gold Standard care.
Puppy and kitten starter package:
- Unlimited consultations including video and phone consultations with one of our vets or vet nurses during normal working hours.
- First vaccinations:
Kittens: Flu, enteritis and leukemia
Puppies: Distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parvovirus and parainfluenza virus, kennel cough. - Comprehensive parasite protection:
- Flea and tick treatment.
- Roundworm treatment.
- Lungworm treatments (for puppies).
- Tapeworm/anti-parasiticides quarterly (for kittens).
- Additional tapeworm/anti-parasiticides at 25% off if needed.
- 5 weeks FREE insurance
- Puppy or Kitten information pack
- Free bag of puppy or kitten food
- Second vaccinations
- 16 & 20-week health checks with a vet nurse; here, you can ask any questions about neutering, diet, socialisation and much more.
- Dietary and socialisation advice
- Nail clips with a nurse.
- Anal gland expression with a vet nurse (for puppies)
- 10% off neutering (routine procedures) (for puppies and kittens)
- 5% off keyhole neutering (for puppies)
- 10% off behaviour consultations
- 10% off dental treatments

- Microchipping:
- Standard microchip included.

- Insurance form completion included
- Admission appointment following treatment at Out-of-Hours
Savings are based on three vet consultations per year. Joining fee applies to new members only during the first month; current members are not subject to this fee. Dental discounts exclude blood samples, fluid therapy, or additional services performed during dental treatments. Please ask for details. Specialist, referral, or out-of-hours consultations are not included. Consultation fees for administering injections related to chronic conditions are discounted for members. A supplement charge is required for all emergency consultations.
Membership costs:
£79 for the first month, then just £25 a month for kittens and £29 for puppies
This gives you all the benefits listed for a full year. Following the first year, the plan automatically continues onto the Healthy Paws Club which includes booster vaccinations and further benefits.
