The vets are great from the minute you walk in the practice or even phone the reception team remember you and are very caring . i have 3 cats and up to now as i changed to cockburns last year only two have visited one being my kitten who we joined the junior paws plan which is a great peace of mind after losing our previous kitten during a routine op elsewhere due to an allergic reaction . i visited again today with my other cat who has a small bladder problem and maria was amazing .Theres always a lovely manner with all the vets of who ive seen at least five now . Im so glad ive found these vets . i have peace of mind,never any lectures or judgement just complete kindness . Also always so easy to get an appointment and separate area for cats and dogs etc . My dog is scared of vets after a couple of bad experiences, but they Vet we saw today for her annual check up and vaccinations could not have been kinder, or more gentle in her approach. As far as my dog knew, she was getting cuddles and cheese in the practice garden- she noticed the injection, but was never in a state of panic, and was quickly back to having a good sniff of all the other patients who had been in the garden before her.

My expectations were surpassed and I would recommend these vets with no hesitation. Thank you

I truly do not know where to start. We have been with Cockburns with our family dog for over 15yrs and everybody at the practise we’re amazing throughout our dogs later life. We now have a new puppy and yet again they have been more than accommodating, they are available at any moment of any day and every single person truly makes you feel like your pet is safe and loved. I cannot recommend enough, I feel very comfortable and trust everyone completely.

Can’t thank Nadine and Diane enough for their care, compassion and being super talented vets
On Saturday morning our puppy fell seriously ill we rushed her into Cockburns, she was so poorly she had chest X-rays and it was diagnosed she had pneumonia, I was totally heartbroken, they told me that due to how ill Annie was that she probably wouldn’t make it over the weekend, they gave me lots of medications and on Monday Annie went to see Diane she had made a huge improvement and today she went to see Nadine who just said she is a miracle, she’s not out of the woods yet but she will get there thanks to these 2 fantastic vets
I really can’t thank you both enough for what you have done and I will be eternally grateful x

We bought our little dog Maggie to Cockburn vets today for the first time as she had been ill over the bank holiday and just not herself bless her so we made an appointment and the vets got her in promptly gave her a check over and the medications and injections she needed and she seemed better quite quickly both me and my husband were very pleased with the help care and support we received for our little dog Maggie. We would highly recommend this vets practice thank you to the vet and team.

I can not recommend Cockburn enough. They are friendly and welcoming. They really looked after my rabbit. Sadly Marshmallow had to be put to sleep, however the care they provided from his first appointment until today when we received a beautiful card from them has been outstanding

Have always taken my cat there and always been happy with the care. of late have had to take her alot over the last week with health problems and they have been great. Even today with the tough decision to have her put to sleep, being able to be with her and have time with her was lovely. Claudia was great, very caring. Would highly recommend to any pet owner. Having just changed to this veterinary group from another one ,which was far more expensive and a larger group ,I can’t believe the different care I myself get and my dogs .The vets are very careingto the animals and to myself each time I have had to take them down very kind and friendly vets also very very clean inside 👍👍

Although it is my place of work I own pets who need treatment at times. I have had both of my dogs in within the last 6 weeks, one for a Dental and a lump removal and the other one for tummy problems, he was quite poorly with pancreatic problems. I am very thankful for the treatment given to both my dogs from the amazing vets and nurses. Yes we are as nervous when our pets are poorly too. 🐾🐾I am so very grateful and a massive thank you to you all x

We’ve got a nervous foster dog. We had such a positive experience. They took the time to come and out to meet us, talk through issues and then calmly took her for her appointment. She came out looking so happy with her tail wagging and had even let them take the muzzle off. Thank you so much for taking the extra time. It really is appreciated. I also bring my 2 rabbits here. Would definitely recommend you guys.
