Savings are based on three vet consultations per year. A £105 Joining fee applies to new members with pets who have existing conditions only during the first month; current members are not subject to this fee. Dental discounts exclude dental food, blood samples, fluid therapy, or additional services performed during dental treatments. Please ask for details. Chronic condition consultations require at least four vet visits annually for continued treatment. Please ask for details. Specialist, referral, or out-of-hours consultations are not included. Consultation fees for administering injections related to chronic conditions are discounted for members. A supplement charge is required for all emergency consultations.
